This policy explains what Vibe Dental Academy collects when you use this website or contact us, and how we use it.
What we collect
When you book a call, ask for a call back, apply or send a form, we collect what you type in: usually your name, phone number, email address and your answers to the form questions.
Like most websites, we also collect basic visit information, such as the pages you view and the device you use, through Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. This helps us understand which pages are useful and how people find us.
How we use it
We use your information to answer you, schedule your tour or call, and send you information about our classes. We do not sell your information.
Text messages
If you opt in to receive text messages, you agree that Vibe Dental Academy may text you about your call, your tour, your application and our classes. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and text-message consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing.
Who handles it
Our forms and calendars run on GoHighLevel, our analytics on Google, and our ad measurement on Meta. These services process the information for us under their own privacy terms.
